Dr David Hewson - Chiropractor
Dr David Hewson has a passion to see everyone achieve their health goals and live their life to the full. Growing up in Perth, from a young age David had a keen interest in health and sport. Seeing friends and family limited by the aches and pains of injury and chronic disease David turned his attention to a career in health care.
Chiropractic stood out as an obvious choice: Focusing on the treatment and prevention of complaints without the use of drugs and surgery, but rather optimising function of the spine and nervous system while encouraging the body back to health through correct diet, exercise and lifestyle choices.
Health care in our community seems to show a preference towards curing disease once it has already arisen rather than providing education and strategies to support prevention. This has led to the development of treatments that mask symptoms while leaving underlying pathology unresolved.
Seeing a shift in a patients view of their own health and the resulting change in lifestyle is what David is passionate about. David’s philosophy is to provide patient centred care, working with people in partnership to achieve their health goals and be pain and injury free. You will always receive the time and care you deserve at Perth Allied Health Clinic.
